Based on what I’ve seen from the ABS system that strikeout by Keith would have been called a strike. Not sure why they keep harping on it.
Badez swings at two out of the zone. Remember when he was batting over 360 that was.

No Marty he isn’t a worthless ass, supposedly the guy is loved by his teammates and coaches. He has struggled to no end and I was definitely ready for him to be gone.

Guy has been much better this season as far as swing selection no where near what he was the last few years in Detroit. That includes the at bat you were ranting over.
Tons of guys have swung at pitches similar to the ones he did, you know, sometimes Marty, it’s ok to credit the pitcher with a good pitch. Too easy or simple to start with the he sucks, he’s badez etc etc. Which you have a habit of doing.

Hes pretty bad. Has things changed with him ? 259 now, for how much a year. Same shit just he started off out. Hes drop over 100 points sense everyone was amazon with his start. If isnt hitting hrs, then better if for avg

So far this season, yes things have changed with him.
Money is irrelevant we all know he isn’t playing to the contract level but it is a sunk cost so not part of the equation for me, I know you harp on it. Until they have someone better to take his place, they don’t right now, he is the ss.
See what happens at the deadline, is he continuing to play better or can they add a better piece and just go ahead and eat the contract. All for it then.

Tigers are aggressive on the base paths, that one cost them, but overall it has been working for them.

I think all of us take a little bit for granted how good the bullpen is for a bunch of guys that are quote unquote No Name guys. There is a whole lot of success going on in these bull pens that if you look around MLB the vast majority of teams would poke out their left eye to have
