How do you get so many guys injured playing baseball?
The majority of them are pitchers who always get hurt, to be fair.
Pitchers and arm injuries I get. But we have Meadows, Baez, McKinstry, and now Gleyber. Kind of ridiculous.

Cora may have finally learned to NOT send a runner (Keith) home when a ball is hit hard right at the RF who has a good arm.
Or… AJ chewed him out… and told him to stop being a dumbasss.
.
At least we aren’t losing anybody who is worth a crap.
Was just trying to help the gamblers out there…. Haha

Meadows collided with Riley and broke his arm… kind of a fluke.
Baez rolled his ankle.
Gleyber had sports hernia surgery in the offseason and has looked less than 100% running all year. I haven’t seen if they disclosed why he left, but I would guess it is due to Cora being a moron and sending him home on the play he was thrown out at the plate.
Mckinstry seems to have pulled a muscle.
Bad timing to have all hurt at the same time…. but doesn’t seem to be a pattern caused by anything the team is doing.

I wonder how much Cora gets paid, to never asses the situation and just crank his arm in circles no matter what
If I was a better, I sure wouldn’t pick the home run hitter. Even if it continues, which is doubtful, they’ll start pitching him more balls. Look at the Seattle guy this year. Not hitting homers.

I did not know that. I’ve been on him all year for a lack of hustle.

I think Gleyber has always been like the slowest guy on the team.

possibly true, he is definitely not a fast guy if healthy.
But he definitely has looked uncomfortable when trying to take an extra base on 1st to 3rd or trying to score from 2nd base.
Great job by Montero. He just keeps getting better and better.
We have 4 really good starters if Montero keeps it up. That is pretty rare for a team to have.
As I just couldn’t fork over for a 50th stream sub, this is about the 3rd time I have gotten the chance to watch the Tigers this year. First time I have seen Anderson pitch live. Small sample size, but he doesn’t seem to suck as much as the ESPN box score stats lead me to believe.
Fetter worked with Anderson on his pitch selections and the results so far have been fantastic. Looks like a different pitcher.
I actually hate Drew Anderson.
I have nightmares about our bullpen.
I should have kept my mouth shut.
