Kevin somehow being probably the best defensive infielder we have is pretty crazy considering how his glove was supposed to be at the MLB level before the season started.

And good MLB players that are this bad defensively are supposed to be even better than our guys are at hitting the ball.
Not sure he is per some articles I’ve seen/read.
Biggest problem is many of the defensive metrics are subjective and don’t use the same measures in determining range etc etc

Those of us who have suspected a trade for a RH bat at the deadline…I now believe that we should get a legit 3B and DH Keith in the postseason. We have got to fix some of these infield defense issues.
That of course all depends on Skubal’s long term prognosis.
Not a bad day for Flaherty, need more but not bad today.
