They’ve been making contact a lot more this season than they did last year. Even though the results haven’t always been there so far, the underlying metrics are very encouraging.
This offense is going to be significantly better than last year’s.

Kid is literally a game changer for this team. If he wasnt on this roster, I’d be teabagging this team right now because the offense would look like second half of last season. He uplifts the whole unit imo.

Yep, and that was my biggest bitch last season, especially with Riley and his 200+ K’s…YOU HAVE TO PUT THE ■■■■■■■ BALL IN PLAY AND YOU WILL ■■■■■■■ WIN ALOT OF GAMES

Kevin, the improvement of Keith, the increased consistency of Dingler (thus far), and Riley not striking out every single time has completely changed this offense.

It will get even better when Clark comes up. In alot of ways he is like McG. They both have command of the strike zone. You can thank Harris for that. Both for drafting a certain type of hitter and developing them right.

End of May / start of June is my guess. Parker will miss most of the season, so do they want Javy in CF for half of the regular season? Remains to be seen I guess.
