That strikes me as an overstatement.
I see Gibbs as a multi-purpose RB like a 2006-2007 Brian Westbrook.

The more ways we can find to get the ball in Gibbs hands the better.
Also, Amon-Ra staying after practice to work with the RB’s on their route running is next level. I don’t have the words to express how much I think of that Kid.
