Viking are 4-0 they play the jets next week so good chance they are 5-0 before there bye week we then play them after there bye week.

Not sure we can keep pace if you look at their easy schedule coming up.

You all know I don’t think Holmes did enough in the off season to push the chips in and make a legit Super Bowl run.

It might come down to the last week of the season.

I had the Lions as a WC team entering the season. I still hope I am wrong. I understand it is only week 4 with a lot of football to be played:

The Vikings could start to fall off as the season continues they also could stay hot.

Their defense for the most part has been on fire.
Also Sam Darnold is playing like he was a top 3 draft pick even if that was 6 years ago. He was also drafted to a horrible team but I believe he is 2-0 vs the Lions in his career.

If I posted on the vikings board as a Vike fan and I always talk about how the Lions are the best team in the division no matter what their record says, does that make me a real Vike fan? Or am I a total douche bag for pretending to be a Vikes fan?

He definitely isn’t a Lions fan. He’s just a troll that is trying to fire you guys up. I blocked him a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed the board much better since then.

My guess is he’s from the west side of the state and uptight as hell. (In other words, a trout fisherman.)

Seriously though, some folks have to be up 4 scores from the beginning of the season until the end before they can relax a little.

I was a trout guide on the PM when I was younger. There’s a lot of down to earth, hardworking folks who are trout fishermen. They’re not all doctors … and driving BMW’s.

I am a lions fan. I just think Holmes got full of himself this year and didn’t do enough in the offseason to make a true run at a superbowl.
