Who will be inactive for Week 1? This year, 48 players can be active, so 5 will be inactive.
Manu – he’s still very very raw.
Iffy – he’s banged up. If he’s good to go, then Strickland.
Nowiske – he just got here.
Vildor – 6th DB won’t be needed.
Awosika – with Skipper, Sorsdal, and Niese ready for backup duty.
I could also see Reader being inactive if he’s not fully ready to go, taking Awosika’s place – and giving Peko the nod from the PS instead of a WR.
Outside of eating some charcuterie and decadent cheese and drinking some Cab I will be inactive.

Good list but I think Strickland is inactive and we call up Peko from PS
Also could elevate WR probably Patrick in which case someone else would sit down
Once again Awosika is primariy backup IOL he’s active over Niese

I’m just the opposite. Can barely sit down. Lots of pushups, head butting walls and then of course a post game victory lap around the neighbourhood.

If we call up both Peko and a WR, then someone is getting sent down to the PS. If that were to happen, who gets sent down?
I put Niese ahead of Awosika because I thought Niese could play center, and Colby could take the guard positions. But yeah, Awosika has more experience.
Do you think Strickland is inactive even if Iffy can’t play?
