Fortunately I’m out of town so it’s a football Sunday at my office in FL, lots of craft beer and games on four monitors…pacing myself is the issue now, lol.
Son in Law and another buddy with me, worst case I uber back to the apartment or Walkons…for the end of the game.

Pretty straight forward. I’ve got a gravity fed smoker I really like. 12-16 pound brisket. I don’t trim a whole lot of fat from it. Usually don’t use a binder. I’ve got a couple different rubs I like but mainly just a SPG blend of some sort. 225 in the smoker until 180 internal temp or so. I’ll wrap in foil until over 200. Let it rest for a couple hours in a cooler then have at it. Usually around a 12 hour cook.

For me, the main thing is to get a good number of “to do’s” off the list any given weekend. Then I don’t hear a word.
Sunday evening will be easy – always a lazy time anyway.

I look at it like this, doing tasks & sacrificing equals points in our “savings” account. I was disappointed when someone more experienced than me mentioned it doesn’t really work this way. I’m counting on it!

The points system works for me. It should work for most ladies. I don’t think I’d want to be with a lady who gives “points” no value. That sounds too lose / lose for me.

Where can I get some last minute lions swag? I don’t even care if it’s replicas from guys off the streets? I was waiting to get an official jersey or atleast an official replica but I want to rep some swag today and Walmart’s gear was embarassing
