Well, they finally screwed up a good thing, the war between Denmark and Canada. It’s my understanding that the Danes finally agreed to a settlement that stated that the Canadians weren’t allowed to speak French on the island.

“When Danish military go there, they leave a bottle of schnapps. And when [Canadian] military forces come there, they leave a bottle of Canadian Club [whisky] and a sign saying, ‘Welcome to Canada.’ ”

Seems like a lot of work and tax dollars, just to erect a Tim Hortons.
