Depends where it is built. NYC and LA, for sure. Vegas, much less.

Call me cynical, but I think govt finds a way to get fleeced on light rail projects.
Government finds ways to get kickbacks. Allowing taxpayers to get fleeced is how they get rich!

Yes and no. It’s kind of close to Mandalay Bay which is the unofficial “start of the strip.” Getting to the rest requires a bit of a walk or a tram ride.
The question is, where are the 20,000 going to park? Sunday is a day that sees around 2,500 new visitors check into their rooms, and parking isn’t free anymore – at least nowhere near the stadium.
