Face it, Marty. Your moment of MSU having a better coach than Michigan lasted about two weeks.
Really good hire, especially at this point. Thought they maybe had an eye on an NFL assistant head coach. Like Kingsbury, Brady.
The timing is something. Did Willingham announce his decision to leave Utah before or after the Moore situation?
I believe it was after, but not positive.
2 days after Moore, I believe is when Whittingham announced he would be leaving Utah
Lmao. Never said it was.
Never said what was?
The chances I will still be around in 5 years is slim to none.
Just give me hope that we can compete for a Natty again before I book…that’s all I ask.
About a better coach.
Yeah, I know you didn’t, I did. That is the point.
So what was your point to start shit for no reason then?
My point was the only negative thing that Sparty and Bucknuts have on Whittingham is his age. You as always, decided to take it personal and called me a troll.
I like the hire. But to think he is going to coach is pretty silly. Thats because you troll me. You dont type anything other then AA stuff.
You don’t think Whittingham is going to coach while at UM…do tell …speaking of silly or absurd takes
Huh… I thought you put me on ignore. I said he wont be coaching long
Potential positive tidbit regarding Alford staying in AA.
Your post I was commenting on:

I have, but occasionally I check in to confirm it was the correct decision.
I still dont understand what you were talking about
This is a great get by Michigan especially being so late in the coaching hiring cycle. Whittingham has taken mostly 3 Star recruits and made Utah a power not only in the Mountain West but also in the Pac 12 and now Big 12, one of the more impressive coaching jobs in the country. I guess the real question is if he can recruit at the elite level needed to sustain success at a blue blood program like Michigan or hire a high level recruiter but the man can coach with the best of them.
