Wonnum RDE1 or Borum RT1 what is your preference?

I really like this plan

I would like to draft Fano to be our long term LT. I’d be fine starting the season with Borom at RT until Fano is ready on the left side and then move Sewell back to RT. Fano has elite feet and athleticism to handle speed off the edge and sustain his blocks.

Fano is probably not going to be a LT. In fact, many wonder if he will be better than average at tackle at all. Not saying it can’t happen or that evaluators are wrong, just saying it’s unlikely.

If you want Fano, you still move Penei to the left side. If Fano fails as a RT, he will probably be an excellent C or G.

I would love Fano to be the pick at 17. I don’t think he will get there though. Too good a prospect (BPA$ and too may teams need interior help.

I think there is a good chance that Fano could be there at 17 for the same reason you and many have stated. Teams don’t like to draft IOL early in the first round. I have watched a lot of Fano and I think his skill set is better suited at LT. I could also see him at center. I would prefer not to move him to OG unless I was running an extensive zone blocking scheme. He has played LT before and once he has had time to adjust and learn the playbook we would have one outstanding run blocking O-Lines in the NFL. It may not be the opinion of many but it is my opinion.

I think his best future is as a T or C. I don’t really want him at iOL either.

Thanks! I forgot to add Maddox on that one, he’s been in 3-4 plans I’ve posted. Now that he’s back- it’s DE, OT, And DT maybe outside CB

Trade down take best CB, Edge, OT… still have 4 more picks between 2-4
