His play is clearly below the last couple seasons. Though to be fair his play the last few seasons was outrageously good and a tough act to follow

Slay has been nothing short of a solid contributor for this terrible organization. Heâs been a solid leader, and has gained so much respect from opposing players throughout the years.
Why would he put his head down and sulk? What sense does that make?
At this point, itâs about playing football for him. Why would anyone blame the guy for hating the position heâs in?
He knows he canât win with this team. And good for him for keeping his head high and playing the game he loves, and at a high level.
The guy kept Cooper in check just about all game.

By games end you could see he was very upset with himself.
DBs get a pass on how they react after a play. Their mindset is different. You hear coaches talk all the time about them being able to let the last play go and play with confidence.
