The Lions had that guy from Northwestern in for a visit. He’s supposed to be a solid 3 tech which the Lions need. That could be interesting.

honestly… I think this was one oth best years for fashion.
I thought AR had the worst outfit that I saw….
though Porter had a butt ugly color….
but most were crisp and clean… with gaudy shoes and jewelry as expected… but pretty good overall….

His senior year was good. Barnes’s senior year was cut short by Covid and affected his ability to obtain accolades. However I hang my hat on the measurable and all of Barnes’ measurable are better. We will see how all Campbell accolades play out in the NFL. If Barnes is not who the Lions want he will play on another team and flourish. I know the player.
I still can’t believe we drafted Gibbs at 12. That was just a nightmare right? Who did we really take?

Problem with Barnes is he still hasn’t gotten they system completely down in 2 years here.
Many have said, Barnes is a better fit as a rushing DE. Maybe that’s a move they make
You also stated that if they believed in Barnes that would never happen. That is the opinion part. I could say the same about Anzalone the 19 mil did LB or Rodrigo. Who knows the thinking. Maybe they are going to a 3 linebacker set and need the depth.
Yep, not the draft I expected. But who was the highest-rated GM in Lions history if we listened to “expert” mock drafts and draft grades? Matt Millen. And his drafts sucked. So, I’m going to give Holmes a little leeway here. I tell myself: Malcolm Rodriguez. Malcolm Rodriguez. Malcolm Rodriguez.
This draft will basically let us know how good Holmes is at his job. And, God willing, he’s more informed on draft prospects (and most importantly, on what OTHER teams think about draft prospects) than I am. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt here.
