Clark and McG at the top of our lineup is going to be so much fun to watch. Let me ask everyone this. Would you rather have McG and Clark or Wyatt Langford? Because that is pretty much the choice we had in that draft. If we took Langford we wouldn’t have had either of these studs.

I went to that prospect list you gave me and Clark’s ops% is 1.041 now. That is crazy good but when you consider he has no homeruns with that ops it’s almost unbelievable.

With our hitting depth in the minors it might be smart to go with a pitcher this year. I really like the lefty Logan Schmidt alot.

I think we need to restock the pitching at the top of the system. I’d be pretty surprised if we don’t go after a pitcher at the top of this draft.

I mostly went pitcher watching but the 3 I named would be solid pickups at the spot where we are drafting
Gracia is a LH OF with some power
Reese is a LH 3b/OF with some solid contact
Rembert is a RH 2b with good contact more of a high floor but not the highest ceiling type

He definitely has been better than expected. I give it a 5% chance that it lasts. He is probably the only tiger that I just can’t stomach. Im not even sure why. I just hate his face.

So far this season he is 6-0 with a 0.69 ERA in 52 innings

Lineup needs a spark though.
Jones or Baez or Vierling. Perez goes to RF and Carp to DH or fake 10 day IL “ back soreness/strained lat/ hip/whatever

I used to go to Grapefruit league all the time, COVID really screwed that up. Just reading this post makes me want to be sitting in a sunny seat watching the kids to see who is making a move to the game. Thanks, I’m going next year for sure, I love watching the guys who you know have got it, and unfortunately the guys you know who don’t.
