His point is stated in the tweet…it’s there in black and white. It’s a positive comment on MSU, you can enjoy that, right, I mean you can…can’t you?
MSU, like UM, is only a few games into the season, you don’t believe a team can improve or are they done 2-3 games into a season?
Uh, why are you bringing up UM in a tweet about MSU, and you wonder why some think you are fixated on UM or Scum as you call them occasionally.

Because it means nothing at all. I brought up Michigan Because every game changes who you play. I dont think msu shoots like that again this year
I think he was just saying msu has won not shooting well outside before, and is winning shooting well tonight. What’s the big deal?
That was my point, the post showed what MSU was doing well tonight and flipped the scrip.
Accept it for this game and see if it is the start of a change, 2-3 games into a season doesn’t define what a team is for the whole year.
Well msu actually played really good tonight. If they (cough) shot like that again it will be hard to beat them. I dont see that though
In the end it was a badass win and if they can pull off the W vs Duke, we could be headed into a bball season with both Michigan teams playing well at the same time. So much energy in those rivalry bball games. Awesome!

I’ve decided that it will be hard for Bama to win a national championship until they get a center who is actually a consistent rebounding threat.
The system we run makes us good in the first place, but it’s hard to play with physical teams when you can’t rebound.
Arizona has to be number 1 next week, right? Their resume is the best in the country by a wide margin at this early juncture.
I’m so unbelievably excited to play them next week.
There’s a chance Bama could be 2-3 and legitimately be one of the actual ten best teams in college basketball. That’s how crazy our schedule is.
Well you have to wait until 12/13. But yes it should be a terrific game. Alabama is quite a bit more prolific from three so they certainly have a chance. Zona has more dudes. But Zona has more dudes than just about anybody this year.
They’re certainly a top 4 seed type of team.

If we miss shots, we can lose to just about anyone in the country.
I know that sounds stupid and cliche, but with our play style it is absolutely the truth.
If Bama is making 3s they are a handful. The live by the three die by the three approach. I do think you guys will miss Sears in crunch time.

Philon needs to become that guy this season.
He’s clearly got the talent, and realistically should be playing in the NBA right now (thank you Bama boosters), but he needs to become the guy this season.
Sure. I actually don’t think Sears was all that talented. Just incredibly skilled and a total gamer. He’s not a special athlete by high level basketball standards.

I know what you mean. Sears was the real deal. Maybe the best career in Alabama basketball history. There was a decent group of fans that wanted him to get his jersey retired.
He was absolutely a gamer. Super clutch. Never backed down from an opponent or from the moment.
Philon needs to develop there. He’s got way more raw talent than Sears, but he needs to become a Sears level gamer for us to have a legit shot at the Final Four IMO.

It will be a fascinating game bc Bama might attempt 30 more frees. Arizona is fairly judicious about the three point shot outside of Dell Orso.
The crazy thing is Burries didn’t play well. And he was supposed to be neck and neck with Peat. He just hasn’t shot it well. They need Burries to shoot the ball better to be the best version of themselves.

Probably not. It’s only like an hour and 45 minutes away, but I’ll have just gotten home from taking finals a couple days before, and we would have to buy our own tickets as opposed to getting free student tickets like we do on campus. Otherwise I would.
Birmingham is actually like 45 minutes away from Tuscaloosa, but I’ll be back in Huntsville when that game happens.
I will be going to the game Bama plays in Huntsville against Kennesaw State on 12/21. The Rocket City Classic used to be a thing more frequently, but they haven’t done it the last couple of years.
