Rams just lost to the Green Bay Packers to drop their record to 7-4.
They proceed to win 5 of their next 6 games to close out the season, then run the tables in the playoffs.
Super Bowl was in Cali that year too

Only one gif needed for this…

I’m going with this one for mind and emotion prep.
Let’s go Maggie @maggie.m fire up!
That loss was their 3rd in a row too…
After that loss they had a home game then a road game against and NFC West team

Another example of a useless stat. If we’re going 3-2 there are more chances to dont make the playoffs especially with the tiebreaker.
But this stat put our season in some context. We dont suck that hard to question all the last years lol.
I wonder what the difference is between them and us…
The 2021 Rams offensive line was top-ranked, especially in the run game, where it received the highest PFF grade in the NFL. The pass-blocking was led by Andrew Whitworth and Rob Havenstein, who was also a strong run blocker. The starting lineup was LT Andrew Whitworth, LG David Edwards, C Brian Allen, RG Austin Corbett, and RT Rob Havenstein.
Regular Season: The offensive line surrendered 30 sacks during the regular season.
Total (Regular Season + Playoffs): The Rams’ defense recorded a total of 62 sacks in all games.
lets not forget all world DT aaron donald.
That looks optimistic for 10-7.
Those stats are not correct, 11-6 is not 100% we make the playoffs, there is a scenario that we miss the playoffs with an 11-6 record so not sure who came up with these stats. I think they are based on previous playoff team records for a 17 game season, not this seasons team records and the playoff situation
We know 83.6% of stats are made up on the spot.
Yeah, those stats are no probabilites in context to actual standings or schedules. It’s about the past - since 2021 every 11-6 team did make the playoffs, 93% of teams which went 10-7.
Seattle were also missing playoffs with 10-7 last year.
I wonder what the difference is between them and us…
The 2021 Rams offens
Stafford and McVay
Added Von Miller & Odell at the trade deadline
well we’re in the same boat! look who we added at the …trade…dead…line
Statwise we are right there with the best. I think we’re underselling our team a smidge, but not if they lose Thursday. The thing with Dallas is we could win in a shootout. Our offense can still be potent and our D ain’t half bad.
First and foremost… if we can’t beat the Cowboys and or Rams… does it really matter if we make the playoffs?
One of two outcomes is going to happen…
we get hot and charge into the playoffs…
we can’t find a way to get pressure or block and realize we need a lot more than rad thought we did, and we retool.
Brad’s ego is born from success. He will not miss the playoffs- get lit up in the media and stand pat. We will see a F them Picks version of Brad if we don’t finish strong.
when the Bears lose, Cowboys lose, Seahawks lose and Eagles struggle in LA.. the optimism will pick up in here
OK, but not sure what the hell this has to do with my post. The %'s are still wrong
