I alas have to work today. I’m helping organize the National wheelchair games that start today.
I’ll have tomorrow off though. Going to make chicharron burnt ends, salmon and beef burgers, smoked cheese stuffed chicken thighs, and smoked beef cheek chili

I started the day in a very american way. My breakfast was cold fried chicken and an ice cold Miller High Life
Then I made extra strong coffee and played fetch with my cat and his catnip banana

I actually bought a four pack last week. It’s so completely flavorless. I prefer MHL in bottles if I’m going to do a macro
Didn’t do pics… but we had grilled walleye caught by my stepsons… and grilled pork chops… both with blackened seasoning…. grilled in the smoker box of course… with roasted taters and salad.

Thou Shalt Eat Meat in a Tube!
Far tray- Beer brats, cheddar brats
Middle tray- Koegel hot dogs
Near tray- Jalepeno Popper, Buffalo Blue Cheese, Hickory Bacon, or Carmelized Onion brats
Inside- mustard potato salad,.macaroni salad, salad, baked beans, peach cobbler.
