I think they have a great balance of now and future. I totally view this as a future move. I think this year and the future are good with this move.

Sure, I can agree with that. But we gave up a day 2 pick to get that day 3 pick. So to me it has to be looked at as what are your expectations for a day 2 pick.
Day 2 vs. day 3 may be only a difference of ~30 picks.
And we get a year to mold him.

Right if it’s a difference of around 30 picks or so it’s fine. 60 wouldn’t be any good, but Brad has faith in our boys to be better than that.
Plus don’t forget if things go well, we’ll get two 3rds for someone hiring Aaron Glenn away. And maybe two more for someone hiring Agnew.

His first year in college he was tried at OG just to get him on the field and he struggled. he was moved to LT and started to thrive with more experience. He has since totally dominated the competition. He looks like the 30 year old uncle playing against the 8-year-old kids in the backyard Thanksgiving game.

Using a 3rd round pick to acquire a proven NFL talent = Davis 
Using a 3rd round pick to move up and acquire a round 1 talent = Arnold 
Using a 3 round pick to move up and acquire 4th round pick = Manu 
Using another 3 round pick to move up and acquire another 4th round pick = Vaki 
Thinking that neither Manu or Vaki are really even 4th round talents, so in essence were picked earlier than their talent would suggest… and giving up 2 3rd round picks
