5 way too early candidates to replace John Morton as Lions offensive coordinator

I think Tyler Roehl will be an option one day. He was OC at NDSU and wants to be one again according to that article someone posted earlier this week (this one). The TE coach → OC path is one we’ve taken advantage of already.

If Dan keeps calling plays after this season, we lose half our Beanstalk.

Fraley gets my vote

That would be terrible. We got a good thing going with the plays tailored to our current guys. I wouldn’t trust a totally new guy to come in and not f*** everything up.

This is some tacky ass bullshit that seriously causes me to check out on sports fandom for days at a time. Auburn Hills kid grows up to be a well-connected offensive genius that is a big part of our offensive success, including under Ben Johsnon and these mofos are writing about who his replacement might be? Idiots.

It’s repulsive, to be honest.

Daboll doesn’t need to work during the balance of this season or next:

Doing quick maths, Daboll will earn $666,667 per month until the contract with the Giants expires. That also equates to $153,425 per week and $21,918 per day.
