When I was a HC, I always took the OL with me on offensive splits during practice. I always told them they were the best looking guys & that’s why I chose to work with them instead of the “skill positions”…I always air quoted it when I called it “skill positions.”

Also, engrained into our culture you celebrate your OL for good blocks that allowed you to score. We won games with the OL. I made sure they all knew how big a part the OL was. Validated the ■■■■ out of the OL all the time.

That ten yard split doesn’t make sense. He moves much better than that on tape, plus for the twenty and forty to be so fast, no way he could have been that slow at first. Hopefully faulty hand timing.

It’s FANTASTIC. This is a great guy, but you can see he is a giant dork…I have some of that to me as well (as you all know). Hope he develops into something cool for us, despite his complete lack of fashion consciousness.
