All those third round picks we traded away could have been cornerbacks and safeties for depth and development.

Don’t really see many moves that would have changed things.
Now if we had kept the 2025 3rd then it’s moving in the Teslaa deal. And then we would have twice gone away from the moving off of future picks from a round further up a year later. We also probably only have to give up a 4 and the 3rd we traded for Manu to secure Teslas. Still have to hit on those remaining two 3rds though. Personally I hate the tactic of going forward a year and wish Brad would stop doing it but ultimately he’s going to do his thing and his thing is better than most GM’s thing.

Give him time, sheesh. It took Roseman and Les Snead longer than you guys have given Holmes, and Ozzie Newsome the same amount of time. What’s with the impatience?
Man that’s a bleak stretch. Maybe KAD is playing OK in Denver? Didn’t Booker sort of start to flash last year? I know Still was decent as a rookie but apparently took a big step back.
Missing on a 3rd round OT project is not a hole. Those are long shots and i think Brad knew that going in.

I didn’t like the Tessla pick but it was interesting to me that no one drafted after him except Harold Fannin has done anything.

Even when thing’s appeared to be on the constant up and up I warned that the Lions, under Brad and Dan would have setbacks. There would be misses and setbacks…but in the long haul there would be success. Now they have had 4 straight years of winning records, over .500 if you will, so I have no reason (as a rooting fan) to doubt them. I think the Lions win the NFC North….i do not have them winning the Super Bowl this year…but I think they, at least, make the NFC Championship game
