“Man, I can’t wait to watch the Lions and Terrion Arnold, mainly because (of) Carlton Davis. He has an NFL vet on the other side of him. That’s gonna be a top tandem, I’m calling it right now,” Talib said on the Kay Adams-hosted FanDuel TV show, ‘Up & Adams.’ “They’ll be a top tandem in the league in terms of cornerbacks, just because Arnold is a ballhawk. Last year, he had five or six interceptions in college. If you get interceptions in college, you get interceptions in the league. It always translates. Carlton Davis, I’ve always been a fan of Carlton Davis.”

I’ve been holding out on hype for Arnold, but it just crossed my mind… What if he is really good? Even if he is as good as slay was that would be huge for hutch. What is his ceiling from the guys that followed him pre draft?

The most common physical build and talent comparison for Arnold is Jaylon Johnson. Neither are the fastest 40 time wise, but get great production out of their physical strength, size and football intelligence. Arnold is also a good tackler and loves to hit.

Arnold’s 40 time at the combine was compromised by injury. He’s faster than most realize.

Our DL and pressure/sack rate are gonna help him tremendously.

Our defense is gonna be dangerous.

I love reading articles likes this. Players yelling at each other not because they are dragging eachother down. But to push each up to do better. To take that next step.

That’s a classic tell that you have a great culture in place.

This is EXACTLY the thing a Jets fan sees in the Rodgers interaction from the other thread.

Yes but then today rogers is complaining that the offense is sloppy.

And i have yet to hear anything about rodgers saying he needs to do better, he needs to improve.

Its, receivers needs to be sharper, center needs to snap better, o line needs to do better.

Absolutely nothing about himself needing to do better.

Yes alot is positive team building, your absolutely right. But no body is perfect and rogers has yet to admit that.

Yes, that is Rodgers in a nutshell.
