Afroman Trial

I think this should be allowed.

I can’t be the only one laughing about this? Am I? How did it even go to trial!

My brother and I have been laughing our asses off over it. Watching the one cop have to make his wife cheating on him with Afroman an open question in court because it’s not defamation if you acknowledge it was a joke was amazing. How big of a ring is he going to have to buy her before she lets him back in bed? Maybe as big as the giant gold pot leaf ring Afroman wore to court?

I somehow had not heard about any of this until yesterday. Ended up going down a rabbit hole and laughing my ass off. The whole thing just seems like it was from a poorly made comedy movie.

It’s all about the pound cake.

This is one of those things where I’m sure everyone has their own stupid opinion, so I’ll spare you mine.

But man, way back in the early 2000s, I did not have this on my bingo card

I’m Rick James bitch!

Well I’m just glad he matured enough to make it to court after getting high nowadays.

Afroman doesn’t put on that suit and those glasses unless he means business. Pot can wait until he gets home.

Don’t know what you all are talking about and won’t be spending the time or effort to find out. I do like his outfit though. Looks like my Sunday best.

Right there with you. But if someone wants to give it a quick paragraph I’d read it.

The police did a raid on Afroman’s house looking for narcotics and kidnapping victims per the warrant. They broke down his door, scared the crap out of his kids, and stole a bunch of money from him under asset forfeiture. He made some songs about the raid that mocked some of the individual cops. Those cops sued him for defamation and lost in a civil trial.

One of the lyrics implied a cops wife was cheating on him and when pressed on the stand the cop couldn’t answer whether or not his wife was actually having an affair with Afroman.

Just a bizarre case
