@Nate , OK real question (curious more so) , is this an open source AI chatbot or one you are licensing from someone?
It’s a mix. Some are open source and some are SaaS like Open AI, each doing something different (ie Sentiment alerts vs Post summarization).
Since some require API, it’ll be interesting to see if this becomes too expensive or if we can manage it or if they have flexible pricing. Twitter was obviously an easy decision. These options appear to be more affordable.
