That’s part of the problem with the way Howie is borrowing everything he can from future years. They can’t get a pick in this years draft for AJ, it would accelerate too much into the current year, they wouldn’t get through the season with their cap space. They have to wait until June 1 so they can spread out the cap space to 2027 and once again they’ll be in the same cap strapped spot.
Interesting to see what they get for him. They paid him $87M/4yrs and gave up a 1st and 3rd for him. Can’t believe he’s only been in Philly for 4yrs.

Means WR in the first for Philly is very much likely, and i wont lie, if they like someone that might be around 17, really good trade back candidate for us now

IF they get a 2027 pick. If I’m the Pats I’m throwing 2028 (or 2029 post-draft) their way, take it or leave it.
