I don’t know, 20-25 is good.
50? That’s a good way to wind up with Gall Stones (experience talking). I hope he was under a doctors supervision.

He was listed at 334lbs at the combine (according to NFL). Losing 50lbs means he would be 284lbs.
Tyleik is a weird one for me. I am always hoping for a DT in every draft or free agency. I get so excited that’s the defensive position I care about the most. Something about Tyleik’s college tape never got me excited. I criticized the crap out of him and many people stuck up for him calling him a NT. He was never drafted to be an NT. To be fair I read a recent article saying the coaches want him to play more NT.
What the heck even is he now? At 6’2 284lbs means he’d be more like Paschal 2.0.
Yes as predicted the dude ballooned up after the season. He better be careful after he’s done playing football, dude has 400 pound potential for sure.
Lions guaranteed gave him a training camp weight to hit. Likely 310 or 315 would be my guess. They can fine players for not making weight so he’s probably motivated. Zero reason to be 350 plus pounds in the nfl even for a nose tackle, it’s just too much unless you wanna be subbed out every other drive or play 20 snaps per game. Or maybe if you are 6 foot 6 or Bigfoot. ![]()
His tweet is basically saying he was closer to 400 pounds than 300 pounds 5 months ago
10 pounds a month.
I wonder if he ate any lettuce
