waiting on pins and needles to see IF Alim can stay healthy and be a solid player this season, without him getting another injury this year. that’s like betting on a chain to be weaker than a thread.

Neck injuries for Dline are nothing to shake a stick at, no one uses the head butt (aka neck) more often than Dline typically in football

Alim had to be checked for a concussion. These training camp injuries are a pain.
Why? Bc he had ONE major injury since starting in college? 
yet he played 10 whole games last season and statistically had his worse game, AND he didn’t play 17 games since 2022? that I can’t have SOME doubt, he won’t get injured again THIS season or rather get injured from a prior injury !? this is me hoping like hell he stays healthy and kicks ass in 2026, however, I do have concerns. 
Yeah, that’s that ONE major injury he had lol other than that he had a sprained MCL in 2023 and returned for the playoffs… Playing well enough to earn a top of the market extension. Should there be some concern about injury? Obviously, but this is football, I have that concern about every player… But when you use the phrase “betting on a chain to be weaker than a thread”, that’s hyperbole, goes beyond “SOME concern”, and is unwarranted in Alim’s case.
hyperbole? the fact is he played 13 games in 2023, 14 games in 2024, and then 10 games in 2025-when he had his worst season. but hey don’t let stupid facts get in your way. you want to point to a ACL and hug that for everything you got-ok, all I said was I hope Alim doesn’t get re-injured this season, is that unwarrented?
The missed games in 24 and 25 were from the same ACL injury, that’s ONE major injury in the last 7 years from him… It’s a non chronic injury… Beyond that he’s had ONE minor injury causing him to miss 4 games before returning and playing at an elite level. And no, that’s not what you said, you said betting on him not getting injured is like “betting on a chain being weaker than a thread” and yes, that’s hyperbolic and unwarranted
