I wouldn’t be upset if they were black. The problem with the black uni’s from the past was they were just ugly.
The word “twist” bugs me. It’s an interested word to use. I don’t want flashy.
It looks like there is something to that, and why the Texans made sure to incorporate a particular shade of blue in their new look. The Houston Cougars and Houston Texans seem to be pushing to forcefully take back a part of the Oilers history. The Texans incorporating the color adds to the argument that “its just an H-Town thang!” I respect the Ravens for giving the city of Cleveland its history and moving on.

Exactly. THEY left. It was Bud Adams’ call. I’m surprised the league didn’t strip them but I don’t know all the logistics of intellectual property laws per team and per the NFL.
Either way there is nothing they can do to UH. As the article says those colors belong a lot more to the city than they do the NFL.
