I was all in on JSN as wellā€¦

but I do remember some posters here claiming they shouldnā€™t draft him because we had ARSBā€¦ and they were both ā€œslot WRsā€ā€¦ lol.

In fairnessā€¦ some didnā€™t want him because it would have been a huge commitment to the WR positionā€¦ and too soon after the Millen years.

Hence me and my drum banging about the DC needing an upgrade in performance. I am flexible at the moment if it is just an OG mentor but my preference would have been a new DC completely

I feel like TA was a consolation after Quinyon was taken. He fit the mold of raw super high ceiling guy. TA always seemed pretty higher floor lower ceiling. And seemed like a cheap option for the next 4-5 years. Idk about yall but he has to do a lot to convince me to keep him at a large contract.

Like Holmes said about Goff and the qb position. Itā€™s easier to get worse than it is to get better. Give it another year if it crashes then burn it down but you have to be patient sometimes. the same way everyone wanted to run anzalone off
