He appeared as a guest on many shows, 1 off, but was great in one of my top 3 shows all time as Vic’s previous dirty and broken down partner in The Shield. 9 turns in The Mandalorian on Disney as a pragmatic mayor of an outworld outlaw city rrying to go legit…that was good! Arrested Development? Sure!
