Arden key

Arden key impressed me sunday. Is he the guy worth trading for? Or was this a one off game for him?

It was his best game of the season but he’s had moments over the last four years. He could help us. Z. Smith could probably help us more.

For me, these are the 1a, b players that could be realistically had at an affordable price. Key looked like he was auditioning yesterday.

Naw he took on Decker yesterday. Who hasn’t been good against the pass this year.

Him and Nowaske at SAM

Z’Darius , A Key, Houston, Ukwu in the rush end role

We would be just fine baby

let Levi/Wingo/Pascal play the big end/DI role and Cominsky when he gets back.

Probably have to overpay for Za’Darius because there should be a significant market for him and the Lions picks are very low round picks so kinda like the Sweat situation last year, if a team is offering a 4th, the Lions will likely have to offer a 3rd or in this case a 2026 3rd to beat it and not sure if their 2026 3rd is worth much more than a mid team’s 2025 4th.

This is where the Manu pick hurt a bit in the short term, not having that current 3rd because in the NFL in particular earlier draft picks hold a good deal more value than the next drafts picks so I’m starting to think that Za’Darius is also a pipedream unless Brad ponies up.

I think Key may be more do-able than Smith at this point.

Now that the Browns upset the Ravens with Winston at QB, they may feel like “there’s a chance” like Lloyd would say. They’re only a couple games out from the third and final wildcard playoff spot and they definitely have the defense.
