Depends what you mean. They pay a lot, by avg-family standards, in terms of absolute dollars. But typically pay a much smaller percentage of their wealth than poorer people. Which I’d say is the more relevant measure.
This is not true at all. Wealthy people pay more in taxes, the system is tiered to prove this.
Corporations & Businesses owners get certain tax write off but the payroll tax alone covers much more than the average person(s) would pay.
Then you factor in their flat rate taxes on their purchases is significantly more, since they have more money to spend they more flat rate tax.
The problem is the people/entities that receive the tax dollars…
The fraud, theft, misappropriation, abuse, laundering etc.
They want you to believe that “rich people” are the problem.
They are not
The best part is looking at that list and asking yourself who is unquestionably better than ARSB? It’s not an easy comparison because most of the big money guys are outside receivers who are going to have more yards per catch simply by the nature of the routes they run. When I consider our man’s ability to keep drives going by attacking the middle of the defense and his TE level blocking the price becomes an absolute steal. If an outside receiver gets a 75 yard TD while ARSB makes 3 catches for 40 yards and the TD on a 75 yard drive has he contributed less because he didn’t get the whole thing at once? I don’t think so.

Perfectly said… Some people like to ignore the inconvenient truth that high income earners pay nearly all of the government’s bills, but receive zero benefits from it. It’s never enough for some people, but the waste is the real issue, the only thing they’re efficient at is spending our money poorly
