Black Monday in the NFC North!
So next season…
Chicago new head coach
Minnesota new head coach
Green Bay maybe without Rodgers
In the Bears case, as a Lions fan I’m saddened that they fired Pace, too.
Have you heard anything about R Spielman?
Other than Schefty reporting that both he and Zimmer are out of Minny?
The NFC North could be wide open next year. Honestly don’t know why A-Aron would leave this division.
I missed that! Only saw the report on Zimmer. Damn!
Good point about Rodgers.
They (Spielman, Paton (who’s now in Denver) and Zimmer) never moved the team past “good”. You’re only given so much rope, you know?
Spielman was able to mine so much talent through the draft. He just made perplexing personnel decisions. I’m kind of surprised, but now that you put it that way, not really.
I think Aaron is a free agent in 2023. I hope he plays for the Packers next year as I don’t want them getting any beans. I want them to start Love in 2023 with no extra beans. Oh yeah, they gonna suck.
I’m guessing Rick Spielman isn’t a turd, so…
I’ve really liked some of his drafts too. Hopefully they hire someone worse.
That is entirely possible. Should he want to, you’d think he could meld into Team Holmes pretty easily.
He’d be a great asset IMO.
Plus we do have a connection
I would be for it
Haha! I can get on board with that scenario. I hope they suck the rest of my entire life (that’ll be like 60 more years)
