Let’s get talk about this matchup started early. Everyone’s going to be busy with family, parades and Detroit traffic early in the morning. Might as well just get this thread started then.

Lions run game vs Bears run defense. The bears run defense has been suspect and they’re about to face off vs the best running team they will face all season. I expect the Lions to have a big game.
Goff against the Bears pass defense. The Bears pass defense has been pretty good but they’ve been susceptible to the big play. Min burned them for 300+ yards. The Bears have struggled against good TEs too. So I’m expecting the Lions to take some shots with Jamo Deep and Laporta over the middle.
Caleb Williams has arguably the best WR trio in the league and they get to face off against a banged up Lions secondary. Can they exploit the Lions and actually score on them?
Skipper vs Sweat - Montez Sweat could be a factor in this game if Skipper is starting at LT. Skipper doesn’t give up many sacks but he does pressures.
Lions run defense vs Swift. Will Swift make the Lions regret not keeping him? Will Monty do the same for CHI?
The Bears defense has been giving up 19pts a game on Avg and their offense has been scoring 20 pts a game.
The Lions offense has averaged 33 pts a game. while their defense has given up 16 pts a game.
The Lions are banged up and I think CHI gets that offense rolling this week. Ultimately the Lions are just too much for CHI.

…annnnd…the players know the fans haven’t experienced a Turkeyday victory in a century, so it translates to a biblical onslaught. They know coach Dan hasn’t won on t-giv, & they want it for Dan’n’the fans as much as themselves.
Matchups matter - big time…but this team is more energy driven than ppl realize. I think people still don’t understand how much the culture, the brotherhood, the identity, etc play into what is happening here. Our guys are going to massacre them.

I fully expect the short passing game tnat works against us and cb having some good rushes. I think this game is going to be close especially with our injuries
