Weird to say that St Brown competes like Burden. I think it would make more sense to say Burden competes like St Brown. But honestly ■■■■ Ben, ■■■■ Burden and ■■■■ the Bears.

No matter how the past has Ben, that guy couldn’t Bear the Burden of trying to show up like the man Amon boys, the Lions have.

It’s an interesting take. Burden’s issues coming out were his effort levels imo. Maybe it all came too easily too him or something, but his blocking was hit or miss (though could be quite good) and he didn’t always go hard on every play. Ra didn’t have anything like those sort of effort issues (he’s become a much better blocker, but the effort was never the issue). Like Ra he went later than predicted, maybe it lit the right sort of fire under his ass.

Not worried about Burden or Odunze at all

Loveland on the otherhand can be lethal for them

Yeah Loveland’s a stud, we knew that when they took him. I’m not super worried about Odunze, but if Burden’s effort level is high, he can definitely be great. The question has always been the effort, and I’m just not into drafting guys where you have to worry about them giving their all. Even with all of Jamo’s issues coming into the league, effort was never one of them. Mostly maturity stuff.

Yea I’m still shocked they got rid of DJ Moore. He was big in the playoffs for them. Odunze hasn’t proven anything yet. Loveland is definitely a stud and could have a monster year.

Honestly I think Swift has kept them from upgrading which is to our benefit. Clearly the success of Ben’s run game is due to his schemes given how excellent they were last year, so putting a weapon better than Swift back there would make them even more dangerous. We don’t have to imagine what someone like Gibbs could do. I was glad TreVeyon went one pick before them, but it allowed them to land Burden which could work out well for them long-term.
