Do it BRAD

Well if the Browns aren’t willing to do a trade, let’s look a lil further south…

He only has 35 sacks the past 2 years… I’d pass

I think I’d rather pursue this than Garrett. I think our second and something would likely get it done and we could likely get him on 2/55m or something given his age.

Dan has a relationship with him of course.

This is probably a stupid question, but doesn’t he become a free agent in just a few days? Is the only purpose for a trade here just to have exclusive time to negotiate a long term deal?

He has one more year

he has 1 year left on his deal

Thanks @CuriousHusker and @DetroitvsEverybody!

I would do that for sure. They gotta want more though. 35 sacks in his last 34 games is wild.

Yeah id do this over Garrett for a 2nd, honestly maybe our third would do it given the Bengals lack of leverage and his age

This could be a great move depending on compensation.

Sold! Hutch and Hendrickson would be insane.

I still see us not doing this.

Too good to be true.

This is the one I would agree to pursue out of Trey, Crosby, and Garrett.

Cap hit vs production vs availability vs culture fit…… yep, Trey would be the one I would go after.

The moment I saw this pop up on my phone, I said to my co-worker. “Paging Brad Holmes”. Hendrickson should be more gettable than Garrett, he almost certainly will be, so Holmes should be in on it.

He has been averaging 14 sacks a season since 2020
