Best deep throwers in the league now

Why on earth would you like Stafford more than Wilson?
They are not even comparable imo.

See. Posts like this just show you how irrational Lions fans are.

Yeah, I get that…but there’s literally nothing better about Stafford than Wilson…and I like Stafford.
But I know there’s guys on here that think Brady wishes he had Stafford’s throwing ability too, so there’s that.

that’s the key… the O of the imO part. it’s your opinion. If all people had the same opinions/evaluations, GMs would never make trades.

You goofy MFrz. LOL. Just because it’s your opinion, does not make you smarter, superior, more valued, etc.

I like Wilson’s age much better than Matt’s.
you feel better now?

I stick up for Stafford a lot but I’d take Wilson over him. I actually think Wilson is playing better than Mahomes is. He’s having an MVP year.

I’ll take Stafford’s deep out throws over Wilson’s, but that’s about it. Wilson superior at the rest

Wilson over Rodgers for me, but that could be because Rodgers is a packer. A couple of years ago I would’ve put Roethlisberger in this conversation.

Matt is as good a deep thrower as there is in the game. Obviously Rodgers has similar throwing ability.

In this thread we found out that many Lions fans understand how brilliant Aaron Rodgers is but they haven’t found out how brilliant Russell Wilson is. Throw for throw Rodgers might be the best of all time in any era. Wilson isn’t very far behind.

He seems like a brain-washed cult follower of Pete Carroll. Take away the general creepiness that comes from him and Carroll and it would be easier to acknowledge how good he is

I don’t think it’s ā€œLions fansā€ as much as it just Jrlions.

I’d like to know what team that troll follows. Another Dallas fan? Maybe a packer fan?

Pretty amazing QB for only being 5’10". I guess there’s other things that are more important than size when it comes to playing QB.

They are both born in 88’. Wilson 10 months younger. Stafford has been in the league 3 years longer though!

I think Wilson is a disingenuous phony, but he’s a helluva QB. Clearly an all time great IMO.

If this is true, I’m one of the ones who is for sure guilty of it. I do trust your football knowledge over my own, bro.

What I’ve seen with my eyes so far, it feels like Rodgers is far superior. I don’t see as many games as you though. I see Wilson play 3-5 times/year. I love what he’s surrounded by too. When he’s got a great D and a run game around him, he ends up deep in the playoffs (even going all the way). I feel like Rodgers does more on his own.

The Packers are for sure my least favorite team, and I almost hurt my own feelings every time I speak of how good Rodgers is. I think he’s the football Michael Jordan (puked in my mouth a little bit saying that).

WOW! I sometimes forget that Matt graduated high school early, then left college early as well. I thought there was like 3 years difference between them.

Wilson never had the fastball that peak Aaron Rodgers did. But his combination of athleticism, accuracy and touch has few peers in NFL history. Steve Young, Fran Tarkenton (:man_shrugging:) … there aren’t many
