Just started watching Task on HBO. Only one episode so far. Second one will be released later tonight. So far so good. Definitely keeps my interest even after just one episode.

On Netflix, they had/have a movie called: “Six Triple 8” -it’s pretty good. in addition you might like “Beats” ALSO , if you like the PREDATOR movies -try to watch “Prey” it’s quite good !

finished watching alien:earth and it’s really good. Very different but same. They created a really nice world.
also watched wayward on netflix with toni collette who is an excellent actress. It’s an odd show but pretty good.

Task on HBO has been very good too. First season this year, I’m about four episodes in it. It’s a good enough show to even overcome Mark Ruffalo.

Not really. There’s something about him that annoys me a little bit. Can’t put my finger on it.

I will say he’s always kind of the same guy. Like ryan reynolds, except dour.
That might be it. There’s not much range to his acting. He’s a decent enough actor though. I’ll give him that.
I like him better as hulk actually. kind of an schlumpy everyman makes for a better banner imo. like bill bixby.

the only issue I had is, reading the comics as a kid the hulk was WAY underpowered in the TV show, even worse than the marvel movies 
but as I got older, I get it. Budgets only go so far and to make it look realistic would be stupid expensive sets.

New season of Slow Horses. Probably my favorite current show that is still ongoing. I really want to like the Guiness family series on Netflix, since it is the same show runner as Peaky Blinders but turned it on a little while back and it couldn’t keep my attention. I’ll give it one more shot here soon.

Love Monster show. But Ed Gein one sucked. One i thought it be very creepy. Two the fake cute gf story wasn’t needed at all. The Dahlmer one made mine hair stand up. Same Menendez story was well written
Beyond “The Chosen,” I’ve been digging on the John Wick movies & like Reacher as well.
