Best Movie or TV Show Post-Covid

So I wasn’t really a fan of A Knight of the Seven Kingdom’s tbh. It couldn’t decide if it wanted to be a comedy or a drama. If I were a show runner on HBO I’d make sure the next one had to do with something we haven’t seen before. The thing with Star Wars and GOT etc is the world and the mythology. So instead of rehashing old stories, write new cool ones where we don’t know what will ultimately happen and go places in these universes we haven’t seen yet.

I’d love to see what happened to Arya after she sailed west.

I thought I heard they were thinking about doing that.

the jon snow series died on the vine because…well…that would probably be boring as well.

Unless the white walkers come back which won’t happen.

No shit, what the hell is Larry Ellison doing…UM has more players they need to buy instead of something stupid like this.

No spoilers but yea felt the same early on. Episode 4 and 5 were awesome. But it does kinda feel like they are just testing things out on the fly to see what viewers like more.

And then make the new season off that. It was kinda like watching a long movie. Cause it sure didn’t last long.

7.5 out of 10 of the Boyd scale. Good with lots of potential.

We’re cureently watching 11.22.63 on Netflix, it’s really good so far.

Rewatching River Monsters with the kids again!

I never read the book but I liked that series a lot. I thought the casting was really good. J-Edgar and Crate and Barrell and etc. Titus Welliver (sp?)…great actor.

crazy how the actors name is cooler than than any character he’s played

He’s got an interesting/sad life story. His brother was poisoned at a bar in Malaysia or something and went into shock and died. Robbers took his valuables.

somebody somewhere. I saw this on a reddit thread about “shows that were way better than they should be” so the wife and I gave it a try.

Writing is top tier to me, with conversations. Very witty and real.

However, if you have an issue with trans/gay people I’d avoid it. It’s not about them, but they feature heavily in it.

Rhea Seehorn was incredible in this.

she’s fantastic in that and pluribus. and I still think she’d be a fantastic romulan or vulcan in star trek with her features and eyebrows.
