I was never fond of the Black Uniforms. Besides they’re a reminder of troubled times.

I think I need to see them first. The “idea” of them is definitely a reminder, but the new whites and blues both were beautiful once we saw them on TV. I will judge when I see them on gameday, but for now I don’t disagree.

I actually disagree… I think the blue looks weird, it doesn’t seem to match the blue in the helmet on TV and I hate the white socks with the blue jerseys like they wore against the Giants

Damn you sir… I was going to make a good argument against this, about how can the helmet color not match the jerseys? I went and looked at pictures of both the Giants and Chiefs games, and you are right. Now I can’t unsee it!

I will say this. The blue in the new jerseys really pops. I bought a Gibbs blue jersey and a black Penei jersey. Both look great. The new blue is more of an electric blue, and against my Brian Branch jersey from last year, you can see the previous jerseys blue is a flatter color. It looks like it was washed out, but I didn’t wash that jersey.

The black jerseys look very good. They are better than the Millen era blacks, but I absolutely get people saying that black is not our team color. I agree. Since teams are all going with the oddball 3rd jersey, I will say I like the black jerseys this year WAY better than the silver color rush jerseys. Those are and forever will be pajamas.

Also, compared to my Dad’s old Suh jersey, I never cared for the font of the early Stafford era jerseys but the blue was a very nice blue.

Guess I’m in the minority but the first Lions shirt I bought was the black T with the Lions helmet on it, looks great. The rest is all blue.

I’m trying to remember, but did we wear grey pants with the old Millen era black jersey’s?

In any case, it appears we will be wearing black pants with black jersey’s this time around. Judging from the jersey reveal, I though it looked very menacing.

I’m definitely a traditionalist, but as a change of pace, I think this could be cool.

I prefer the black and silver and blue letters with white/silver outline. But, the blue helmet goes well with the black unis & blue lettering.

Honestly, no clue. But, it would be the perfect time to give the fans clamoring for it what they want. Visually speaking, they will really stand out.
