I thought he won a variety of different ways, including separating and running to space.
He sure did have quite a big fall off though didn’t he, similar to Corey Davis who was named to the top 100 NFL player list and just fell off the face of the football earth.
Maybe you’re right, maybe Stafford made Golladay. Certainly wouldn’t be the first or last NFL WR that had a career year w Stafford throwing the rock (still continues to this day).
It’s difficult to argue the other way when the top 3 receiving seasons in nfl history all have Stafford as quarterback. Depending on puka maintaining his current pace.
Golladay had two really good seasons paired with one of the best QBs, Graham Glasgow is now in his tenth year and still (more or less) competetive on three positions.
To not extend Golladay was the first good move by Holmes.
As soon as I saw his name my butt crack rash started coming back and my left eye began to twitch. What a piece of shit. Hard to blame the player, though… seeing as Quinn thought he’s outsmarted everyone with that pick. Peeeeuuuuuuu.
I remember seeing a list and Kenny Golladay was our best weapon at getting open and he was 94th in the league. So on average every team in the league had three players that were getting more open than our best player. Wow. Every pass Stafford threw to a receiver or back was covered with a wet blanket. Pathetic. When the giant signed Galladay for I believe $19 million a year, I couldn’t believe it. They found out real quick that it was Stafford all along.
I did the exact thing. I’m the kind of guy who starts putting things together and then read the instructions after. It’s more fun that way.
With that mentality you can just imagine how I struggled putting a home gym together. It had three pages of part numbers and seven pages of instructions. The instructions were such small print that I would need to bring out my phone to blow it up to see what the hell was going on. Holy shit that was a pain in the ass.
I have spent a whole life time putting together first and reading instructions later.
And then maybe 5 years ago I decided to read the whole instructions first and then follow them to build things. It had made a difference until a few weeks ago.
Building a bed frame that has 30 parts (yes it was assine but here we are) and I was following the instructions to a T. Then took a step back and realized they had screwed up the letters and had to tear it all apart because rod A went with rod D and Not B. Yeah I was hot.
