Okay that’s what I get for not reading directions, I benched T Tabor & Okudah and was really confused to see Hockenson as the #1 vote getter. Shame on me, guy who clearly never reads the entire email and misses the key details
My issues is I really hated Hock. He acted like he was Gronk and Kittle all rolled up into 1. So went GG and Swift. But Hock is likely the more sensible pick with either GG or Swift
I put Hock on the bench behind LaPorta. Golladay made more sense to me as a backup WR than Glasgow because I already have a C in Ragnow and think there will be better options at OG.
I’d argue that you can find a golladay in free agency. His type of receiver is a dime a dozen these days. Without a quarterback like Stafford he’s useless. A player like Glasgow is more difficult. An interior lineman that can play all 3 interior positions and be solid is much more rare.
he was good because Stafford was willing to trust him on 50/50 balls. That was his strength. Once he started getting paired with other quarterbacks he couldn’t do anything.
Kenny really hand good hands and was physical. He was a beast on some of those jump ball throws. But you are spot on. He didn’t get much separation at all
I never thought of him as a 50/50 guy, he could run and get in and out of breaks pretty well relative to his size. It was a plus definitely though that he had pretty good hands for sure along w length/size.
Saw him quite a bit in college as well, he was more similar to a Corey Davis type. Neither won because of random college QB’s throwing 50/50 balls up to them
