Brad did not fix it

I complain but I’ve been a fan for 30+ years. It’s not going to change.

Most people here have more football knowledge than I am. My complaint is that we seem to have plateaued after 2024. This is still better Lions football than most of the post Barry through Patricia era.

To not be concerned with Tyler Slough going for 400 and leading the team down the field on us 5 times after the midpoint of the 3rd quarter

After knowing Kerby has a good chance of being career toast, Branch’s Achilles at best is a problem for part of this year, TA going all When Keepin It Real Goes Wrong, that Rake can’t stay or play…..and then see Olave go for 182, Vele get big chonkers and simply see that the D isn’t very damn good because of the coverage issues…

Yup, good week man.

I knew I could flip Total Bases, needed to get a save, then flip either triples or whip, not good odds either.

Your pitching didnt help me out. 5 starters and they did great. Took my chances. Congrats!

This forum would average 3 posts a day if this forum behaved the way some people want.

Keep this energy when the Bills pop 49 on the Lions Thursday. They are going to get gaped. Anally. A good offense wil make Kelvin Sheppard look like Kelvin Sheppard.

3 straight unserious offseason, unserious DC hire.,I liked the petting hire so I’ll give that a few

The Bills D didn’t look that great today.

It might be a barn burner on Thursday.

It would also have 3 post a day if no one countered your arguments.

Maybe I’m seeing something that’s not there. But it sure feels like whenever we sign our guys to extensions they either regress, fall off a cliff, or their bodies suddenly fall apart.

In 2025 the average NFL defense faced 61.5 plays. We gave up 14 points in the first 62 plays. The Saints were behind and forced to play catch up. Tough spot for NFL defenses to be in, given the rules and quality of QB and WR play. The freak out is being overdone but ultimately that is how I can tell that the season has begun.

Would this be a good thread to point out DMont aka Knuckles had 3 TDs yesterday as the Texans primary back? I feel like we might need him this season

Team needs, ranked by priority:

  1. A DC that can adjust to game situations. I like Kelvin, but he has limitations. They HAVE to get him help. For whatever reason, Shough was super comfortable tearing us up in the second half. Oof.

  2. Safeties. Not a great look out there. Our safeties aren’t scaring anyone.

  3. Back up RB. 30 touches for Gibbs is a joke.

  4. Bigger body WR. Tesla does not appear to be that guy. Hope he improves, but he isn’t showing much at the moment.

I think the grief he gave Dave for asking a tough question about the timing of Arnold’s debacle and whether they had done enough just blew up in his face. “We like our DB room”. Plus, a 40% blitz rate with bottom-tier pressure rate.

Brad’s high on his own farts.
