Brad is a genius until you don't think he is?

Kind of hilarious to see this thread and then see the same people complaining Brad didn’t take their guy. lmfao.

Not cool to like Nolan Smith at 6 and he falls to 30. But it’s totally cool to have a boner for AA at 34, who is still on the board at 75 and counting. :joy:

We’re halfway through the draft and the two clear holes in the roster are at OG and DT. The OG part you would expect them to fill in the 4th/5th anyway. DT, though… That’ll have to wait until the 2024 1st round or 2024 Free Agency, I guess. Crazy how anemic the DT class is this year.

As far as Brad’s drafting goes, I’ll reserve judgement until January.

Some medical concerns on Ika.

He’s not a third down back, lol. Sure, he’s slight in stature and a great receiving threat, but he averaged over 6 YPC in the SEC and that was not your typically stacked at every position Alabama offense, either. Calling him a third down back only is just simply wrong.

Still some potential trades could be made. Quinnen Williams(if they don’t get the contract situation figured out soon) or Ed Oliver are possibilities. Albeit longshots.

Nate, I hear ya but this is what every GM says. No one is out there saying, “we had guys higher than our pick but settled from them”. They are always the top guy that fits perfectly at the right time and couldn’t believe they were still on the board when we picked.

Eh let em play it out this year then u can talk

The way Brad was reacting to the Gibbs pick…you cannot tell me that Gibbs wasn’t his target
