14.5% pressure rate and 6.8% quick pressure rate, both per Next Gen Stats, are well above league average for edge rushers with 100 or more snaps this season,” Barnwell noted. “Phillips’ average pressure comes after just 2.6 seconds, the seventh-fastest rate among that cohort.
Not sure, can’t find any updated numbers… I’m guessing the Lions want more size? Why did he only play 17 snaps against KC? Maybe shopping for an edge means Paschal isn’t progressing?
Chubb is a name, but hasn’t been very productive while playing a ton of snaps
That’s why I wondered if it’s more so Davenport insurance that they are after. Want to make sure they have a bruiser for the stretch run if he hurts himself again.
Chubb has played well for Miami in the few games I have watched. Miami hasn’t played with a lead much this year. It’s hard to get sacks when the opponent has the lead and can run the ball at will.
Do you have Miami players in fantasy? I have Achane so I’ve watched them more than I wish. Can’t imagine that I’d watch Dolphins games this year without the fantasy angle. Or if their opponent was the draw I guess. Painful sports programming. Feel sorry for their fans TBH.
I had a few games with small bets against Miami, so I kept a side eye on the game to see how the bets were doing. The only games I really watched closely of theirs was the Buffalo game and the Jets game. For the Jets game, I was rooting for AG to get his first win since they were playing teams tough.
Watching Miami play is awful. Their OL sucks, their DL sucks, Tua sucks. It’s a full blown Dianna Russini situation, sprinked in with a bit of Joy Taylor just cuz.
As far as Chubb goes I would give up a 2nd rounder for him. If the Dolphins lose to the Browns today I wouldn’t be suprised if him and Waddle are gone next week.
