I won’t pretend to predict who is GOING to break out.
This is who we NEED to break out IMO:
Offense = One of - Cephus/St. Brown/Perriman
Defense = Okudah
One of the WR’s ascending would put to rest our WR concerns. Perriman has the skills and pedigree. If he could just put it all together. The last 5 weeks in 2019 he put up 100 Y/G average and had 5 TD’s. He has proven he can do it. If he does it over a whole season…lookout. Okudah has the skills to turn into a DPOY candidate. If 2 of these guys step up their games and approach pro bowl levels this team will be in good shape.

I don’t see that. He’s not the caliber of player that, for example, JJ Watt or Von Miller were in their prime. Beyond that, there are plenty of CBs who are far better already.
