That monkey had a pretty good chance of getting an A at Harvard, as the late 2025 rating. Showed 60% of all undergraduate grade scores were A’s

This reminds me of when UNC succesfully sued the NCAA to prevent stiff probation over the McCants cheating scandal. That ended up being a rather important case IMO. I thought that one was also BS although less egregiously so.
Money talks. When they are threatened with TV exposure the gloves come off.
I would say it’s only a matter of time. It will start with some young, cut players.

Yeah he is done. NFL won’t want him either. His only chance of ever making money was this NIL deal. With the NCAA and the Big 12 lining up lawsuits, TT saw the writing on the wall and finally gave up on it. You know its bad when even the schools with the reputation of playing shady, all said this was a line too far. It’s nearly impossible to get a consensus on anything these days, but TT managed to find a way with how they handled Sorsby’s eligibility.
