I watched just a little bit of Payton’ presser. They kept asking him about his tantrum, and he just kept saying he was upset about the call.
Then one asked what he said to Wilson, and Payton said, “What I say to Russel is none of your business.”
He was not in a good mood. Can’t say I blame him, and for not answering those questions.
But I’m glad he was on that side of the ass whipping.

Looking at the replay, it looked like the OG fired out just before the snap, which probably is why it wasn’t called as a false start.

Personally I don’t know that I liked the call although in that particular situation an inch could mean a lot more than the inches Toney was off on.
Like if I thought either player did it to gain an advantage , I’d guess the guard.
It is curious maybe he was mad about previous play too ?
