Yeah, I don’t think he’s going to get any protection for that. My limited understanding is that you have to be actually using it to protect it, like if he’s not already making that crap with Iceman as the brand he can only file an intent to use it, which is probably what this is. I would guess. Of course, if he hires someone to do it for him they are going to tell him he’s got a solid claim, so they can get the work.
I would suggest he try “Tool”, but you know, the band..
